TEACHING AND EDUCATION

Jonathan teaches classical, acoustic and  electric guitar for students of all ages and abilities.

A very experienced teacher, he's taught guitar for many years in one-to-one private lessons, in primary and secondary schools in the UK state and independent sectors and for adult further education centres.

​

He has also taught at summer schools including the Dartington International Summer School and the Bath International Guitar Festival, and taught workshops for organisations including Berkshire Maestros. With flautist Clea Thomasset he also ran the long-running London Choro Workshops Brazilian music series.

Jonathan has also composed and arranged educational music for organisations including Trinity and RSL Rockschool.

Online lessons are given using multiple cameras, split screen and audio sharing to offer a rich, engaging experience.
